Holiday Hours and Contact Email Updates

Please note that we will no longer be using the .net email domains-we switched over quite a while ago but until now .net emails will still forwarding to the correct address.  Going forward, if you are opening a ticket or emailing anybody at Sales Simplicity, make sure you use the .com version of the email-i.e. account@salessimplicity.com and reports@salessimplicity.com.

If you have a current ticket with us that was opened by emailing a .net address, you will not be able to respond to the email notifications, and should have received a notification about it.  However, you can click the link to the ticket itself in the email to comment on the ticket within Zendesk. If you have not created a free login yet you will need to do so.

 

HOLIDAY HOURS

Sales Simplicity Software will be closed Friday, December 30th in observance of New Years.  Normal business hours will resume Monday January 2nd.  If you have an emergency over the holiday weekend please call the emergency after-hours Administrator number, or send an email to account@salessimplicity.com with “urgent” in the subject line.
