Attention DocuSign Integration Users:
DocuSign pushed a release this Tuesday that seems to have caused a minor issue with a small number of our builders. If you get an error message or misplaced tags when generating a DocuSign contract from Sales Simplicity, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will loop in the appropriate parties. The fix appears to be a minor setting change on the backend of your DocuSign account and the DocuSign Partner Relations team is ready to make that switch for any builders experiencing difficulties.
If you do not get an error message when sending to DocuSign your environment was not impacted.
