Customer Marketing Outage (Resolved)

On 7/16, our Support team identified an issue with our Customer Marketing tool that affects mass marketing emails targeting Realtors. When sending mass marketing emails using realtor-specific filters, the realtor recipients were receiving multiple copies of the marketing emails. The issue has been resolved as of 7/17. Any emails that were queued to be sent during this time period have successfully been sent.

Additionally, our Development team is currently working on two other items that some builders have seen regarding workflow notification duplication and follow-up task removal in the To-Do Suite. We are working to resolve these newly identified items as quickly as possible.
