**UPDATE** As of approximately 9:45am Pacific Time this issue was resolved and the service is back on.
Per the previous post, after maintenance last night we are experiencing an issue with XML file generation. To troubleshoot and resolve that issue we have had to stop the Workflow service, which processes workflow events and sends workflow emails.
We do not currently have an ETA for resolution but will update this post as soon as we have more information.
No data will be lost and any workflow events triggered during the downtime will send once the service is turned back on.
