The issue was identified and resolved. All phone call tasks should be working as normal
As of 7/24, our Support team has identified an issue regarding the completion of phone call follow up tasks. Some users may experience an error screen during task completion. Our Support and Development teams are investigating a solution to this issue. We will update this post as we get more information.
