We are currently aware of an issue where the selected garage orientation for a spec home is not always pulling through correctly to the customer record.
Our development team is aware of the issue and researching a fix.
In mean time, if you need to take a customer to contract, you can work around this issue by going to subdivision>lots changing the selected garage orientation to blank, then on the customer record you will be able to select the garage orientation and go to contract.
