Sales Simplicity Update to Version 20.0

Version 20.0 of Sales Simplicity will be released to your environment beginning at 9:00 PM PST on 5/26/2020. This update is estimated to take 4 hours. To make sure you do not lose anything you are working on, please make sure to save your work and log out of the system prior to the installation date and time listed above. You will be logged out of Sales Simplicity when the update begins.

Some key notes about this update:

  • Password Requirements have changed to help ensure account and data security. Upon your first login after the 20.0 update, you will be prompted to change your password to fulfill the following requirements:
    • 8 Character Minimum
    • One upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one number required
    • Assorted special characters are allowed (!”#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~)
    • Case sensitivity will always be enforced.

If you would like to avoid users needing to update their passwords after the update please have them update their passwords to meet the above criteria.

  • The Forgot Password process has been updated to require username and email address to receive the “Reset Password” email.
  • Improved loading times on Follow Up>To-Do Suite
  • Sign on Another Device for DocuSign has been improved to prevent blank popups
  • Various system updates and bug fixes
