In an effort to help our users get the most out of Sales Simplicity we are going to be releasing a series of videos/webinars. In these videos will be taking a deep look into specific areas of Sales Simplicity to help you better understand and utilize more complex functionality of the system. Our hope is that you will find new ways to use the system to it’s fullest potential!
In our first video we cover interesting and complex things you can do with your Word contract documents. The topics covered in the video below are:
- Installing and adding fields to contract documents
- Editing fields to round number values and spell out numbers
- Creating formulas to do custom calculations based on merged data
- Utilizing IF statements to automate filing in check boxes on your contract
- Conditional signing fields in Docusign
- Utilizing the “Specify Recipients” role type in Docusign

**UPDATE** On 9/24 a fix was pushed to resolve this issue. If you continue to see issues please contact support.
We are currently aware of an issue where the selected garage orientation for a spec home is not always pulling through correctly to the customer record.
Our development team is aware of the issue and researching a fix.
In mean time, if you need to take a customer to contract, you can work around this issue by going to subdivision>lots changing the selected garage orientation to blank, then on the customer record you will be able to select the garage orientation and go to contract.
We will update this post as we have more information.
The newest release version of Sales Simplicity, Version 19.01, will be released to your environment beginning at 9pm Pacific on Monday, September 16th, 2019. This update is expected to take up to 4 hours. Please ensure your work is saved by this point, as you will be logged out of the system when the release begins.

- Remove task button fixed
- “Send All” for sending multiple email tasks
- Address labels for letter tasks
- Various fixes to individual demographics
- Adding Realtor no longer requires “Can edit loan officer Data”

The issue was identified and resolved. All phone call tasks should be working as normal
As of 7/24, our Support team has identified an issue regarding the completion of phone call follow up tasks. Some users may experience an error screen during task completion. Our Support and Development teams are investigating a solution to this issue. We will update this post as we get more information.

**UPDATE** As of approximately 9:45am Pacific Time this issue was resolved and the service is back on.
Per the previous post, after maintenance last night we are experiencing an issue with XML file generation. To troubleshoot and resolve that issue we have had to stop the Workflow service, which processes workflow events and sends workflow emails.
We do not currently have an ETA for resolution but will update this post as soon as we have more information.
No data will be lost and any workflow events triggered during the downtime will send once the service is turned back on.

On 7/16, our Support team identified an issue with our Customer Marketing tool that affects mass marketing emails targeting Realtors. When sending mass marketing emails using realtor-specific filters, the realtor recipients were receiving multiple copies of the marketing emails. The issue has been resolved as of 7/17. Any emails that were queued to be sent during this time period have successfully been sent.
Additionally, our Development team is currently working on two other items that some builders have seen regarding workflow notification duplication and follow-up task removal in the To-Do Suite. We are working to resolve these newly identified items as quickly as possible.
