Sales Simplicity Office Closed This Afternoon

Sales Simplicity offices will be closed this afternoon starting at 12pm Mountain for our annual Holiday Party. Help will still be available at the emergency number, or tickets sent to account@salessimplicity.com with “URGENT” in the subject.  Normal business hours will resume tomorrow, Thursday the 6th, at 6am Mountain.

DocuSign Integrated Builders

Attention DocuSign Integration Users:

DocuSign pushed a release this Tuesday that seems to have caused a minor issue with a small number of our builders.  If you get an error message or misplaced tags when generating a DocuSign contract from Sales Simplicity, please email account@salessimplicity.com immediately and we will loop in the appropriate parties.  The fix appears to be a minor setting change on the backend of your DocuSign account and the DocuSign Partner Relations team is ready to make that switch for any builders experiencing difficulties.

If you do not get an error message when sending to DocuSign your environment was not impacted.

Version 18.2 Release

The newest release version of Sales Simplicity, Version 18.2, will be released to your environment beginning at 9pm Pacific on Wednesday, September 26th, 2018.  This update is expected to take up to 4 hours.  Please ensure your work is saved by this point, as you will be logged out of the system when the release begins.

New features in this release include:

  • New CRM “Control Center” View
  • Individual Demographics (and new editor)
  • Functionality Added to Former SSN Field

Version 18.1 Release

Our version 18.1 has been released as of Tuesday,  August 7th. You will not need to do anything to download this new version.

There are many exciting new features in 18.1, as well as a variety of fixes.  The release notes can be found below.

Security Update

Starting July 17th, Sales Simplicity will be redirecting all builders to using secure connections via HTTPS. Previously, we have allowed builders to opt-in to forcing a secure connection. Going forward we will be forcing all builders to use a HTTPS connection with the application.
This change will not apply to self hosted builders.
Most users will not be impacted by this change. The redirect will happen automatically when they login to the site.

Any builders who have external links to non- HTTPS sites (such as option images or user images) may see security warnings about insecure content being requested, or the browser may simply block the content without a warning. These builders will want to ensure that their image hosting also uses HTTPS in order to prevent these warnings.

If you would like to test out the HTTPS version to verify compatibility you can append https:// to your normal Sales Simplicity login portal. So, mysite.salessimplicity.net would become https://mysite.salessimplicity.net
